Fredericks of Baraboo passed away on Monday, Nov. 24, 2003, at St. Clare Meadows Care Center at the age of 82. Charles is survived by his wife, Edith Fredericks of Baraboo; two sons, Philip (Jill) Fredericks of Dallas, Texas and Daniel (Donna) Fredericks of Black Earth; four grandchildren, Bret and Megan of Dallas, Texas and Bethany and Brennan of Black Earth; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Art Swan of Endeavor, Arden and Beverly Gaffney of Baraboo and Ardith Fearing of Reedsburg; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2003, at the EMANUEL UNITED METHODIST CHURCH in Baraboo with Pastor David Farina officiating. Friends may call on Wednesday, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services, at the church.
