Note: Harriet E. Vollbrecht, 93, formerly of Sheboygan, died in East Aurora, New York on Tuesday, October 3, 2006.
Harriet was the beloved wife of the late Melvin M. Vollbrecht.
Her loving family that survive her include, a daughter, Joan L. (Wesley) Gibbons of East Aurora, NY; grandchildren, Douglas Gibbons of Boulder, CO, Julie (Dr. Thomas) DeGrave of Colden, NY and Dale (JoAnn) Gibbons of Crown Point, IN; seven great-grandchildren; nephews, Robert and James Bartzen and a niece, Cheryl Walvoord.
In addition to her husband, Harriet was a preceded in death by a sister, Jeanette (Clem) Bartzen; and a brother, Wesley (Virginia) Walvoord.
Committal services will be held Saturday, 12:30 p.m. at Sunrise Memorial Gardens Cemetery. All are welcome to attend at the time of service. Memorial contributions in Harriet's name would be appreciated for the Alzheimers Association.

Note: Ruth Mae Stovall, 92, a resident of Sheboygan Senior Community, died Friday, July 29, 2005.
Ruth was born Nov. 1, 1912 in Sheboygan to Andrew and Meta (Walvoord) Toutenhoofd.
Following graduation from Sheboygan High School, Ruth furthered her education at Lakeland College, Iowa State Teachers College and received a B.A. degree in education from Caroll College before completing her master’s degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
In her early years, Ruth was a secretary for the H.C. Prange Co.
On June 7, 1941, she was united in marriage to Leslie A. Stovall, teacher and principal of Cedar Grove High School. Mr. Stovall preceded her in death in 1965.
She began her career as an educator in 1958, teaching at U.S. Grant Elementary School for 20 years until her retirement in 1978.
Mrs. Stovall was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Sheboygan, Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, National Retired Teachers Assoc., Wisconsin Retired Teachers Association, Sheboygan County Retired Teachers Association and A.A.R.P. Sheboygan Chapter.
Survivors include nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, Ruth was preceded in death by two sisters.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Aug. 5 at 3 p.m. at Ballhorn Funeral Chapels. The Rev. Dr. Richard C. Manny, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Burial will take place in Sunrise Memorial Gardens Cemetery. A time of visitation and support will be held at Ballhorn Chapels on Friday from 2 p.m. until the time of service.
