Clifford W. Fiestadt of Kaukauna, age 94, passed away Monday February 28, 2005, at his home in Kaukauna. He was born February 27, 1911 in Freedom, WI, son of the late Albert and Lizzie (Droeger) Fiestadt. On October 10, 1932 he married Alice Dexter, she preceded him in death on April 4, 2000. Clifford farmed in the town of Freedom until his retirement in 1972. Retiring to the Kaukauna area and working at Crystal Spring Golf Course, Seymour in the summer months.

He was a member of Freedom Moravian Church.

He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Clifford Jr. (Mary) Fiestadt, Kaukauna, Marlin (Lois) Fiestadt, Appleton, one daughter, Arden Ann Fiestadt; Kaukauna, five grandchildren: Gene (Julie) Fiestadt, Kevin (Leanne) Fiestadt, Dave Fiestadt; all of Kaukauna, Lonnie (Tom) Thorne; Greenville and Chad Fiestadt; Appleton, ten great-grandchildren: Leah, Andrea, and Derek Fiestadt, Brett, Katie, Taylor, Connor and Paige Fiestadt, Madison and Sawyer Thorne.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice and his parents.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday March 3, 2004 at the Boettcher Family Funeral Home, 2401 Fieldcrest Dr., Kaukauna with Rev. Jason Anderson officiating. Friends will be received at the Funeral Home from 9 until the time of service. Entombment will take place at Highland Memorial Park. Boettcher Family Funeral Home, Kaukauna is assisting the family. 766-2099.

He first married Hattie Spoehr and had 2 children. He then abandoned the family and moved west.
