Haskins, Charles William (b. 27 FEB 1953, d. 9 JUL 2007)
Note: Charles William Haskins, 54, of Milwaukee, died Monday, July 9, at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison.

Charles William was born Feb. 27, 1953 in Milwaukee, the son of Fred and Lois (Robinson) Haskins. He attended grade school and high school in Berlin, Wis., where he proudly served as class president. After high school Charles attended Milwaukee Area Technical College where he achieved a Certificate Degree in Nursing. He went on to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse, beginning his career at Milwaukee Children's Hospital. Charles continued his career as a nurse, working at a variety of well-respected establishments in the Milwaukee area until illness forced him to retire in 2006.

He is survived by his mother, Lois Haskins of Lac Courte Oreilles; sisters, Lois Franklin of Green Bay, Laurie Haskins of Shawano, Wis., Lisa Mushall of Pulaski, Wis., Michelle Haskins of Lac Courte Oreilles; brothers, Louis Webster of Oneida, Wis., Fred Haskins of San Antonio, Texas, Eric Haskins of Lac Courte Oreilles; 19 nephews and nieces; 21 great-nephews and great-nieces.

Charles was preceded in death by his father, Fred; brothers, Wade and Steven; uncle, Charles Robinson; and nephews, Anthony Jerome ?Snoopy? Franklin and Nicholas Creapeau-Haskins.

Funeral: Tribal Funeral Rites will be held beginning with a feast at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 12 at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward.

Burial: Historyland Cemetery in Hayward.
