On 13 Jul, 1875, 3 months after Nathaniel's will was entered in probate, Lydia Haskins made her will which left her estate to her niece, Mrs. Olive H. Fawcett, the rents and profits from her estate, but after Olive's death, it left all property to Olive Fawcett's son, Frederick H. Fawcett.
