I, NATHANIEL S. HASKINS of the town of Oswegatchie, St. Lawrence County New York of the age of sixty seven years. In------ being of sound disposing mind memory, do make publish & declare this my last will and testament in the manner following, that is too say:
First: I direct that all my just debts funeral & testamentary charges be fully paid by my executrix here in after named.
Second: I give devise & bequeath unto my sister LYDIA HASKINS all my real & personal property of any & every name in certain description wherever situated subject to the provisions on the first clause of this will to have to hold the personalty to her executors administrators requires forever & the realty to her, her heirs ??? forever.
I do hereby nominate, constitute & appoint my said sister Lydia Haskins to be the executrix of this my last will & testament - hereby revoking all former wills & testamentary dispositions by me at any time before made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my seal this twentieth day of February one thousand eight hundred seventy four. Signed Nathaniel S (X his mark) Haskins

I Lydia Haskins of Oswegatchie County of St Lawrence, State of New York being of sound mind and memory do make ordain publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. That is to say:
First after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged I give devise and bequeath to my niece Mrs. Olive H. Fawcett the rents, benefits and profits of all my property personal and real and the interest and income arising from the same for and during her natural life.
Second from and after the death of my said niece Mrs Olive H. Fawcett I give devise and bequeath all of my property whether personal or real of any name or nature whatsoever to Frederick H. Fawcett son of my niece Mrs Olive H. Fawcett aforesaid to have and to hold the same forever. Likewise I make constitute and appoint Roscins W. Judson of the city of Ogdensburg, St Lawrence County, New York to be executor of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the Thirteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy five.
