Note: 29 July 1852 Colins Orthodox QM: Clear Creek preparative meeting forwarded a complaint against Amy Haskins formerly Culver for so far deviating from the good order of Friends society as to verry (sic) much neglect the attendance of our meetings, appears out of plainness and has married a man not a member of our society (2 persons) appointed to visit her (microfilm of original minutes ended before disposition.

Along with raising their daughter they also raised the children of his first marriage, Lillian, Ira, Hiram and Byron.
Dau. Sarah resided in San Diego, CA, unmarried.
