Note: In 1850 & 1860, there were living in Antrim, Wyandott, Ohio. Sometime between 1860 and 1863, Samuel & Mary moved to New London, Wis. where Mary died and is buried.
Since Samantha's parents lived in New London at the time, it's likely that she moved with them, perhaps after he husband had died. In 1863, shortly after Mary died, Samuel married his daughter-in-law, Samantha, in New London, Wis.
In 1870, Samuel, Samantha & Edwin were living in Brookville, Ogle, IL.
In 1880, Samuel was living with his brother in Brookville, Ogle, IL - listed his occupation as "blacksmith". His name is on a headstone under a tree near Mary's headstone in the New London cemetery, but it's likely that he is buried there with both of his wives, because he died and is buried in Ogle Co., IL. He is not listed in the burial records in the New London cemetery.
